Joman's Birthday pt 2

Joman's birthday was a lovely day, full of things that Joman enjoys.

The children are allowed to choose whatever they want to eat on their birthday. Joman went out to breakfast with Grandma and Grandpa; then out to Steak n Shake with the family for lunch. Then we grilled out for dinner.

You might think this is a drink you recognize. Roks calls it "Cherry Seven-No."

Happy Birthday, Joman! You are a wonderful young man!!

March Concert

On Joman's birthday, the children planned a concert for our family and Grandma and Grandpa.

Psalm 103 was very long! I was impressed that they had memorized the whole Psalm, and sang it beautifully without error.

The fantastic performers.

One of Roks' favorite pastimes is dance.

He danced several times during the performance. He had a shadow partner. :-)

Zoo Cuties in the Spring Time

Our first outing to the zoo this year, on a sunshiny, early spring day.

Chicks and Chickies

Baby Chicks and Chicky Babies are sort of similar.

Cute, soft and fluffy, with soft little peeps and chirps.

The difference between them is, the Baby Chicks grow really fast, but not fast enough.
Chicky Babies grow much more slowly, but still....way too fast.
