38 wks, 2days...weather system coming in...other prelabor signs...but no contractions yet.
Will keep you posted!
Today I have packing to do, pediatricians to find, cleaning (natch), and freezer meals to cook and get in the freezer. If baby can hold off until I get that stuff done, I will be extremely happy.
That's all for now.
Ho. Ly. Cow.
I have my shoes on.
I'm 35+ weeks pg and I have my shoes on.
Yes, that is my accomplishment for the day. I am so exhausted from putting on my shoes.

Scenes From Christmas
I wanted to share a few photos of our Christmas season, even though it's now well past Christmas and already into February! Time flies...but yay for that, because...it's almost spring!
We had my cousin's family of six come to stay for a while over the Christmas season. With four extra children in the house, we all had a blast. This is Jada, my cousin's youngest daughter.
This is my cousin's oldest daughter, Talitha, with her house.
And here are all the little houses in the front window. They really were cute.

Besides the dolls I made this year, there were other handmade gifts - not made by me. Miss Rose and Joman felted balls for the younger children.
And Miss Rose also made this adorable Waldorf-style dolly, from Living Crafts Magazine, for the Gater.
This is one of my favorite photos. I looked up to see Grandpa and the Gater sharing Christmas cookies...and aw, melted my heart.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

I'm kind of behind on holiday pictures...
but I wanted to show you what I made for my niece, for her birthday in January.
E had a Hawaiian Luau theme for her party, and was wearing a gorgeous dress? Muumuu? Don't know what it was, but it was pretty. I made her something to wear, but it didn't have a Hawaiian theme :-)
Here is E opening the gift.
I think she likes it!
And it fits perfectly, which is a relief.
Miss Rose brought her prairie dress to the party too (although she has grown so much since I made it for her only a year ago! She needs a new one!) and the girls had a fun time playing with the Holly Hobbies and dressing up.
