Yes, I do realize that I have zillions of UFO's, but I frogged thisand have had many little balls of yarn sitting around crying softly to be reworked into something new.

Daddy bought me

Blue Ribbon Afghans from America's State Fairs: 40 Prize-Winning Crocheted Designs

so naturally I had to do the gorgeous whirlygig of colors from the cover of the book.

Aaah, I love color.

DANG it woman. Yours is going to be much nicer than mine. *pout* Although, I can not believe you frogged that afghan! You are heartless! :-P

Well, it looked like something the 80's dragged in and I just couldn't do it any more. I hope this one turns out better. I'm NOT frogging all those tiny bits of yarn! When are you going to post about yours?

Must empty camera of karate photos and such, and then maybe I can get some photos of my progress. Making grannies is fun but all those ends are going to be a pain, Moey. :-/

these hexagons are so pretty!!!! You know what, just weave in the ends a few at a time, while you are watching a movie or whatever...I figured out if I used a smaller crochet hook to weave in, it went much faster...if I were closer, I would help you weave them in, anything to help :)

just stopping by to see how your hexagons are going :)

you inspired me to make a little hexagon baby blanket for a friend, though mine is not as complicated :). I have to have mine finished by the baby shower in a couple of weeks
